Asset Based Lending CPE and NASBA

Clear Choice Seminars, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org

NASBA QAS for Internet Self Study Programs:
Clear Choice Seminars has been granted the QAS designation for Internet Self Study programs revised January 1, 2012 in the Statement on Standards for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs. The Quality Assurance Service (QAS) program, established by NASBA in 1998 and integrated into the new standard on January 1, 2012 provides assistance to State Boards and their licensees through its approval of the highest quality CPE providers of self study courses.

Interactive Course:
ABL-Train meets the AICPA and NASBA Interactive Courses definition by having:

A course study guide

Review exams / assessments with feedback to incorrect responses, reinforcement feedback to correct responses and at least 5 assessments per CPE credit hour issued.

A final Exam with a passing grade of not less than 70% and at least 5 final questions per CPE credit hour issued.

Passing Scores:
A passing score of 70% or higher is required on the Final Exam to allow a certificate to be issued to you. The scores can be viewed by students on-line.

Certificate Retention:
Certificates can be viewed for 30 days after completion and are are held by ABL-Train for 5 Years as PDF documents.
